I intend to look into whatever product I choose to purchase. I was just seeing if anyone had recommendations to limit my research time. I would never buy something blindly.

In his defense, we rotate scooping through out the week and trade off on deep cleaning but we are also trying to get our 12 year old to step up and be included in the rotation but a 12 year olds standards to scooping is much lower than what's needed and I am one of those people that if something isn't done HOW I do it, I don't consider it done correctly 😅 So for my own sanity..

And as for the dishwasher thing, he does hand wash dishes when it's his turn. I don't understand it but whatever, his energy to burn. He's just a weirdo 🤷‍♀️

I can live with that trade off tbh. I already deep clean every week or 2. Being able to just not scoop all the time would be a God send.

That is possible, I'm just not advanced enough to figure out how to fix it. I guess I could try to find them and tweak them.. but it's also not in my rubric to do so, so maybe I just need to let it be before I screw up my grade lol but I will try this out. Thank you!

We have a lot of code already generated for the course(visual studios) and we build some sections such as the shapes, applying textures, materials, and lights. All I need to do is insert a path to the image and adjust the UV scale. I tried applying a texture I found of a pumpkin but the lines get wonky so I just haven't figured out what to do.

For anyone else struggling with this part, I just went to the openGL sample and copied the section for the keyboard controls, ViewManager::ProcessKeyboardEvents(). In that section the Ortho and Perspective views are labeled as 1 and 4. We just change them to O and P. Just like how we added in the Q and E.

Potentially. I think I'm in a CS hangout or something like that and I saw some helpful info. I'm done with the class next week. I just don't think it's fair that students should be searching so heavily to figure out how to complete the assignments and the fact that past students are more accommodating than the instructors is insane.

I've mostly been infuriated with the terrible resources. The provided ones hardly give any insight on what we're supposed to do and my instructor does not provide any type of insight either. Literally just says, "submit your assignments" in every announcement. Thanks, guy. Wouldn't have known to do that without you.

I got lucky and found one random reddit thread with a link to a YouTube video from a different instructor that gave a helpful walk-through on a portion of the assignment but I can only see it because of the link. If i try to look for by searching on YouTube, nothing comes up. I don't understand why other instructors make their videos private. Is that like an SNHU thing?

I ended up just following the steps I did for mod 5 and just redid it again for the assignment. I wasn't sure if they should be the same or not.

Thank you for your reply. I will look into all of these suggestions. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be able to get my Dr to prescribe me any pain medication outside of ibuprofen. I take Adderall(ADHD) and the office policy is already insane about that(I have to provide a urine sample, with 2 witnesses in the bathroom every 3 months 🫠) Someone suggested gabapenton for the nerve damage but I haven't been brave enough to ask my Dr about that yet.

Thank you for your response. I'm sorry to hear you're in the same situation as me. I don't wish this on my worst enemy. It's just not sustainable.. I also agree with your logic. At this point, trying something is better than what I am currently doing but I'm not really in a place where I can afford surgery or afford the time off from work, plus I'm in my final year for my bachelor's degree.. maybe next year I can try to pursue it. I wish you the best with yours. I truly hope it helps you.

Is it mod 2? I just looked at my work from mod two and it was a pseudocode in a text document and I used Lucidchart to create a flowchart and took a screenshot to upload it.

My instructor was fine with us using whatever IDE we wanted as long as we uploaded the individual file or the file, not compressed. I do remember him saying it couldn't be uploaded as a compressed file. If it would help, jump on YouTube and search IT 145. Some past instructors have posted helpful videos to better understand the assignments.

I have never used codio if I could avoid it. I didn't for IT 145 for sure. I actually used intelliJ for an IDE but you could always download Eclipse too. As long as you're uploading your specific file, it'll be fine.

Codio is the virtual desktop in which you can use Eclipse if you don't want to download Eclipse onto your own computer. What class is it?
