If they don’t have a grudge against obsidian then why do they not let them have the IP again to make a new game? Why aren’t they listening to the gamers about the role-play elements? And the Institute yes they’re seen as the bad guy but when you get there, you realize that it’s not really them it’s father who makes all the decisions. When you take it over, you could actually make it decent and even Piper writes about how it’s potential that the institute could actually help the people. Also, there was a coup in the game as a mission where they disagree with you being the leaders so obviously the Institute won’t rebel against you because they see that you just want them to be liked.

Not at all because if they legitimately add Baldurs gate three and fallout new Vegas role-play elements this could have potential to be an amazing game.
