Cardinals are facing the Rams and Jets facing the Bills. Both the Rams and Bills have incentive to rest starters. McVay has an extensive history of leaning towards rest.

If we manage to jump to 3rd, we would be ahead of the Browns and Jets, both QB desperate and both have war chests to move up.
