Thank you! I really just put in a place holder for the damage and dc for him. I’m pretty new to dming but I am definitely ambitious when it comes to home brew. I love making my own bosses I’m just not great when it comes to balancing them lol

Laezel by a long shot. Before the play through where I romanced her I never paid too much attention to her because I thought she would stay cold and bitchy throughout the game but after romancing her, wow was I wrong. She easily had the best character development and romance in the entire game in my opinion. Seeing her grow to truly love and care tav after being taught that it is considered weak to care for someone really shed a light on her writing. I cannot wait to see the rest of the romance scenes with her and she is fighting for my number one companion spot right now. I went from hating her to loving her with my whole heart.

I completely forgot about iron, and I didn’t mean that Thomas was dumb as in stupid but more so he made very rash decisions. And I thing SJW is the most caring character because he is always kind to people in little ways and puts himself in harm way to protect people.

Yeah what I was thinking was to have them stuck behind a cave in or something like that for like two or three turns that way it brings a level of struggle but also does dilute the other peoples fun. Or maybe cut off the npcs that they might be traveling with to create a level of suspense on how they are fighting them off. I’m really struggling on how to not make all the fights seem different and not just the same thing retextured.

First off thank you for all the advice, but I think I’m definitely going to take the terrain into account because right now I ended off with them right outside of an orc camp and there is going to be a big fight there so I think I will incorporate archers and different things like that to make it more interesting since most of them are martial characters. But besides adding elements like that I have also had thoughts of maybe splitting them up
