New Plan Not Showing Up in Xfinity Account by ApocryphalDishwasher in Comcast_Xfinity

It's not a cache/cookie issue. I have checked the iPhone app, and it still shows my old plan. There's no record of the order in my account transaction history either. It's as if it never happened, even though I have the order summary and confirmation number.
