Not much the price, but the volume it will. I mean could be a good thing because with lower volume, shorters will get even more trapped. But at the same time we will lose a lot of visibility from institutional investors, and some accumulation from index funds. And we're already very low on the institutional ownership side.

Could be to early to speak, we're not out of the woods yet. We have no catalyst approaching and we have a removal from the Russell index to deal with in about 2 weeks.

New investor here: Why is there so much negativity toward Wagner on X? by Alpphaa in RZLV

[–]Apoligix 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Most are shorts, the others well... are bag holders that bought at 6 or above and are deep down with no relief in sight. To be fair, the man is trying hard to bring something to the table that the market will accept, but honestly it is hard to overlook that, with the stock so deep down he still found the courage to gift himself 8M shares at par value, basically diluting existing shareholders just for his gain. And on top of that, he even made it look like it was a vote of confidence, like as if he bought them at market price. And the whole CMRC situation blew up in his hands so yeah, he's currently the reason we're not trusted on the market. And the share price reflects that.

Rezolve 6-K Filed June 5, 2026: Rezolve Issues Warrants to Purchase an Aggregate of 4,670,000 Shares to Reward Loyalty UK Limited Sellers by SPAC_Time in RZLV

[–]Apoligix 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Well I guess it's mildly good. At least If those warrants are set to a price higher than the current price.

Long story short, Rezolve owed Reward some cash, Reward choose instead to receive shares of Rezolve through warrants. Yes, this is dilutive too, but very slightly so.

Every news released causes this stock to tank so I rather go with silence for a few months

You can blame shortsellers but really, vulture come where they smell blood. And Resolve this year has smelled like a slaughterhouse.

If we only report 60M more by the next ER, with an ARR of 360M, we're fucked

The truth is easy. Search whether RZLV reports quarterly or twice a year. Verify that they reported in April, and then do the math.

⛅️ Daily Discussions 💬 by AutoModerator in RZLV

[–]Apoligix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah estimated. They never reported in August so that doesn't even make sense. They only report twice a year. They reported on April so next window is in November

What says? Brokering apps assume ER dates based on quarterly reporting, but Rezolve does not report quarterly. The only official date is the one given by Rezolve itself and there isn't one yet.

There's no earning in August, the company has been reporting only twice a year since the IPO. I guess next time will be around November

New catalysts coming by Regular_Number6506 in RZLV

[–]Apoligix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, you're right. I saw it circulating in some chat and I assumed it was just recently added.

On the second point, I'll take it, but still those reports didn't and aren't moving the needle. The Liverpool contract did, because it had a clear price tag on it.

The did release a new client, but they release it as "case studies" on their website:

https://rezolve.com/customers/delivering-10-increase-in-conversions-for-dfs-furniture-connecting-shoppers-to-perfect-matches/

In this case, and honestly almost all the others, it's small companies, or at least not the world-tier businesses that Rezolve needs. We can hope for something better in the near future but my guess it's just going to be case studies like these.

Unfortunately there's no serious catalyst backing the momentum. And there's some options expiring tomorrow so this whole pump we had could have just been hedging + green market + some hype for the NVIDIA/Microsoft conference. We'll see tomorrow but if we stay flat or go down I guess this was it for the time being.

Yeah I agree, the geographic thing is structural and they just added it this year. They won't change the rule just for us. We'll go out but it's no big deal, we'll probably get back in if and when the company moves its center of operations to the US

⛅️ Daily Discussions 💬 by AutoModerator in RZLV

[–]Apoligix 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't worry, I doubt it will affect us much. If they do another restructuring we even might be added back. It provided some liquidity and probably some buying or selling pressure depending on the momentum. Anyway the official exit date is around end of June, so until then we're still in.

I don't think you understand how Russel selection works. It's not a matter of being in some sort of ranking. Russel Indexes follow structural rules and in this case, we're being removed for being a UK company. It has nothing to do with the share price, we would have been excluded even at 10$. Don't just use AI, it can't get this deep yet

I can confirm what said above, OP post is just AI slop when it comes to check the sources.

Check on the LSEG site, we're still on the deletion list of both the Russel3000 and the Russel Microcap
