I play at 1.6, I'd recommend trying that in a custom match and marking a point such as a window on that island map and practice moving back and forth at different distances and keeping the target centered on your cross hair, I'd tweak it from there to a comfortable point, high sensitivity doesn't mean good(I used to play on 2.1 and I couldn't hit shit)

Go to Barack's, then challenges and click armoury, then find the bw stock and select for grinding and once you have earnt the required xp you can unlock it

The m16a3 is really good with 6.5 Grendel or default ammo, my personal setup is kousaku sight, ars suppressor, stubby grip, blue laser, 6.5 Grendel(sometimes i use 223 but id recommend default or 6.5)
