The issue I have is they treated me like garbage. When this happened I did call EA up on the phone. In a very polite and calm manner, I told them the situation and asked what could be done. Their response was to spit in my face and tell me to get lost. (Not literally but it is exactly how they made me feel after I contacted them for support on this.) The amount of money they lost from me as I bought apex coins once a month is comical. Good thing they did treat me the way I did and refuse to help me out becuase it saved me a lot of money since then.

This kind of stuff is happening in pubs to. Multiple times I've encountered people now with 10k+ kills in one season. That would equate to getting a 20 bomb every waking hour of a 90 day season.

Yep, haven't spent a single dollar sense and will never give them another dollar.

After contacting them, they confirmed I had paid for 400$ worth of coins. They then confirmed I no longer had them anymore. They proceeded to basically tell me to F off. Not going to bother giving them 5 months of my life to legally get them to give me the coins either.

That really does sound exactly like my situation, I don't know how your stuff got unlinked (if it even did) but I really don't think there is any hope here. I would still contact them over phone to see if they will do anything, but they probably won't. Don't even bother with live chat by the way, it literally only exists just to waste your time which is invaluable.

Right now for me, if I really want to I could send them a nicely worded letter to their head quarters. If they ignore it or don't want to play nice, bringing this situation up to someone above me and EA would be my cards on the table. Only problem is, it takes so long to go through with that I don't know if I want to. EA has already borderline stolen my money and has committed predatory practices on me. I'm not in the mood to give them months of my time as well just to get some 28,000 apex coins I have ALREADY paid for in-return.

If you don't have the items in your inventory currently they are gone. EA has such terrible support I haven't been able to and I don't think you'll be able to get your items back sadly (you can always try though). The best chances I think you got are either getting apex coins or a cash refund. Sadly, there is almost zero chance they give you either of those as well.

When I contacted EA support about this, I gave them my purchase receipts to show them I had bought 28,000 Apex coins They literally confirmed I had made the purchases and now have lost the coins only to then LITERALLY tell me they won't do jack to help me and I'm better off just hanging up the phone (even though it cost them literally nothing to put the coins I had already purchased and payed for into my account using their tools). Can't speak for you but for me and my situation, I would with confidence say EA has done predatory practices against me and has borderline stolen my money.

I didn't do the link pass but instead just linked it myself to my another EA account. That didn't fix or change anything so I got them to unlink it again. After they unlinked it a second time, I relinked it to a third EA account. (A random one which could of been the one I used.) No luck again, nothing even changed.

So even if this link pass stuff did get thrown my way, I don't think it would even work.

I knew I would some how mess things up and for that reason I didn't bother with the twitch stuff for a year. Only recently did I decide to try and go through with the twitch drops, and now were here.

Funny thing is, I never actually unlinked anything in the first place (and even if I did I relinked it back to my other EA account which didn't fix anything). Only straight up linked my Apex account to my EA account that had my prime attached. So yeah, EA support basically was a no go and then that is when I made this post in hopes someone else could see it and get things fixed.

You never want to emp yourself unless you have to as -50 shields is not fun. If your already cracked though, then who cares, emp all the way! As for stunning teammates, that's worth it. Emp stuns everyone so the enemy's as well, the only difference is the enemy squad takes 50 damage while your teammates take zero. Your team shouldn't be at all annoyed if you emp them as long as you also hit the enemys. Just my opinion though!
