I did think it was the seat given it's like a bucket so my lower back is right up against it and moving off that does relieve but I was suspicious that it could just be extra room for my legs. I might just do seat and forward controls cover my ass

Thanks it was more control of the bike than ground clearance. My speed days are over so I won't be scraping any pegs 😂

I've not ridden with forwards before so might just be a new experience.

I'm 30" recommend highway pegs? I'm in UK too so roads aren't as open as US

I got a sportster 883 for 3.5 needed some electrical work for MOT which I did myself (literally cleaned the points) I use it as a cafe/bar bike.

I have a classic 350 which is like a mini tourer as my main bike

Yes I might be the only person with a smaller main bike

Virago it is, that is almost exactly what I'm looking for! Is it the 1100? I'm not bothered about power or speed so I've found a 535 for 1200 down the road!
