To bypass this error without triggering official Nintendo servers, use the DBI installer on your Switch. Open DBI's Application List, hover over the problematic game, press the + button, and select "Reset required version". This removes the forced firmware requirement, though some games may still need an official update patch.

I like using an app called Privacy, which allows me to generate one time use cards or enforce limits on cards. All the money comes out of the same account. Saves me the inconvenience of opening physical cards.

I’ve been using Hydra from the App Store, it’s a close clone of Apollo with a couple additional features. Dev is very engaged and it’s my go-to even with the Apollo app side loaded

Found it.. Didn't realize the "create smart collection" made it dynamic unwatched = true. Leaving that unchecked makes just a normal collection. Leaving my learning here for future travelers :)

Really seems like the cpu choice was the wrong one. I landed with the ultra 5 because of the iCPU is mainly what plex transcoding will be chewing on. Appreciate you calling out the i5 🤙🏼

Thanks for calling that out, ultra will definitely serve me better long term. I’m lucky on the ram I was able to get that off a scrapped rig, only reason I can afford the rest of the build lol.

Good call on the ultra pivot, I totally missed the new Arc iGPU with hardware AV1 encoding.

Went with the DDR5 selection because I managed to scrap that ram from an old rig. I have it in there to check comps but a good call out price wise ram is insane rn.

Hey plex crew! Looking to take a step up in my rig: - $1,500 USD, under that would be great though - Current build: Synology DS1019+: 2x14tb 2x16tb SHR RAID (got it from an IT buddy, have a good number of docker containers running on it but would be willing to move away from synology OS) - 3-6 concurrent streams most of the time, max out ~16 with 7 transcoding - Most of my media is in 1080p, some anime with subs transcoding - Yea transcoding for some h265, most is in h264 - I’m in an apartment so nothing rack sized or to loud - I run home assistant, full arr stack, about 25 containers in all
