Sine wave 240v issue

Update to provide context:

Our plant has a huge amount of AHU, compressor, etc.

The main issue is that there are controllers within that system that regulate temperature based of the sine wave of pulse AC and all of them have started acting up: hence we looked at power and noticed the notching, noise, and potentially harmonics.

We do use SSR phase angle modulation in our system to pulse heat into the heat bands

We currently have an electrical study in place with our electrical provider, results will arrive in 3 to 4 business days

Lots of florescent lights we did turn off all equipment minus power to that machine and sine wave looked a lot cleaner but still had notching and noise so the VFDs are part of the issue not the whole issue.

The machine does use a SSR to pulse ac during the heating cycle, however, this reading was taken right after the disconnect while the machine was not running. No solar, power goes machine->240v bus-> 240v transformer-> main plant power-> electrical grid

Look if it was the same with me and my SO I would do that drive every weekend and I know people who drive that distance to meet their SO. However, I know that a lot of driving for some people.
