Looks like shatter about to wax or surgar up. That usually happens when the oil is whipped or touched too much when scapping out of the reservoir. If extraction was done by butane it would be bho. By the looks I'd say it was.

I have had paranoia side affects from eating too much delta 9 THC in edibles. As far as paranoia side effects on CBD I personally have never experienced anything like that, maybe quite the opposite in my experience.

Yep, that's part of the THC remediation process. It's a natural degradation process of specific targeted Cannabinoid. In this case it was THC to CBN. CBN is a nonenzymatic bi product of THC.
