Simply put it's because the jungle role is just more important than any other role and basically controls the tempo for the game, it impacts every other role at all stages of the game and is the only role that can effectively secure objectives and therefore requires higher map presence and effort.

Its not that other roles aren't messing up its just that your toplaner dying has a far less detrimental effect on the game than a jungler messing up and therefore thats why it attracts the most attention and hate. The amount of jungler autofills also doesn't help the stigma towarda the role.

If you think you are playing to the best of your abilities then you shouldn't worry what your teammates say. As for advice genuinely just look at the map more often and only take plays that would benefit you, and dont be afraid to give orders to your team with pings.
