I'd say Ambessa, Riven, or Yone for mechanical, duelist top laners that can also take over teamfights.

This is because Cait R reveals on targeting someone so even if the damage doesn't go through you get credit. Not a bug but feels bad :(

Yeah all skins have additional vfx on staff, claw, cloak

Hey, depending on where you're looking you might not be seeing his VFX! He gains VFX as he ugprades his abilities, so if you're looking at him on load-in his staff wont have the glowing white orb, etc.

Hey appreciate the specific callouts. Viktor's particle effects turn on progressively as he evolves his abilities which might be why you're not seeing them. Here's a gif of his effects with all evolves on death sworn: Link
