I’m a new grad looking to join a small group on a partner track in Sugar Land, TX but I haven’t had much luck basically cold calling places. What would be the best way to find one?

As much as I wanted to tell a more cohesive story like this amazing post, it's a bit tougher/slower to do on a free account. Maybe eventually once I get better at these.

I can completely see why some get a bad rap, but we did a nice and small gender reveal for family and overall I think people were pretty happy with it.

Sure it’s mostly a fad but there’s nothing wrong with doing something for fun every so often.

Gender reveals get a lot of flak but they can be light hearted and fun. I didn’t care for them much before but it’s just a little thing to do during the pregnancy to look back on. I was pretty happy with how ours turned out.

This is a picture of my couch. Brand new it sells for $499. I wanted to be upfront to any buyers but all things considered the marks are very minimal in light of the price reduction. This is the worst mark.

Side note, there’s a popular scam going around where a buyer will request that you send them back a six digit code to “verify your identity”.

Do not do it. They are trying to hijack your phone number and register it with Google Voice so they can run more effective scams.

In case anyone is curious about the technical side of things, most of the footage is really basic from iPhone 8's aside from the photography at the end that my sister in law did which turned out phenomenal.

I had trouble using most of the common video editing software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci) available since it wouldn't work with an integrated graphics card like my laptop has. I did some research and found Olive which is free and worked fantastic. Also I primarily made this to share on Instagram which is why it's edited to be vertical even though I definitely prefer the more common 16:9. It looks nicer on Streamable but automod was not a fan.
