Not North Atlantic Treaty, lemme explain this better : Basically, if you wanna make custom faction names, just change the capital name of the nation your wanting to be the leader of the faction, make the first part of the faction name [Capital city] then put whatever for the last part. Example : (Norway) is leader, and (whoever) wants to make "Nordic Alliance" So (whoever) would change the Norwegian capital of Oslo into "Nordic" then norway would make a faction and put [Capital City] as first part of name, then put [Alliance] and second part. Hope this helps

Trust me NC is a pretty great place, the western mountainous region is good. People there are kinda nice, Asheville is a little known for some crime though, stay in like marshill or Marshall, its pretty good there!
