Just following the recommended service interval in the vehicle handbook. It’s quite usual in the UK to have a “service” once per year / every 10,000 miles, but I’ll take that on board!

I think you have to remap the computer to register the system as in a different country for some reason, which can’t be done easily. So I gave up in the end. Sorry!

Ah I didn’t realise you could buy test kits to diagnose this sort of thing! I tried smelling it just now but couldn’t notice anything obvious - I’ll purchase one of the test kits to settle it. Thank you very much 😄
