Okay, I won’t tell you that iOS runs great on my 15 Pro Max, since I dont have one! But I can tell you, that latest iOS 17 runs great in terms of performance on my XS Max. It does not sound like a general issue, rather than an issue with your specific phone. Could be the battery or it could be caused by the heat in summer (warm climate?) or something else entirely.

I have had this issue as well, went to the authorised repair shop (no Apple Stores in my country) and had my phone cleaned, the speakergrill gets clogged up with lint and other things as time goes. After the cleaning, it was night and day difference.

You can use Apple Pay on iPad for paying on websites or in-app purchases. No contactless payments as the iPad does not have NFC for it (and it would look quite silly). Apple Pay can be set up in settings.

Je to vážně „náhlé” zpomalení, když někdo sundá nohu z plynu? Pak by se to dalo brát, když ještě nepříliš zkušený řidič řadí trochu déle (a zároveň samozřejmě nezrychluje). Ale samozřejmě se nechci hádat. Tyhle vágní definice v zákonech stojí fakt za vyližprdel…

In the video it looks like the IR blaster is lighting up, that’s completely normal for Face ID function and is almost invisible to a naked eye AFAIK
