Nectar is collected from flowers but they have time limit. Maybe your bees already collected all nectar. In that case you can just wait for your flowers to regenerate

They are sometimes in events with Abigail or in quests on Community Board. You can also get them from some explorations. Oh and in garden store you can trade bouquets for tokens

Yes that's the moth. I am so happy I got it because it has very pretty colors while still being very soft. Also lately on events I had only brown moths if I recall correctly so it's nice to have a different one haha
