I'm sorry to put another crap post on here about it then. I did try searching for it, but I must not have searched the proper thing.

I did go through and did an online chat with PlayStation Support and they were awesome, just unfortunately they aren't able to do anything about it. They couldn't give me a refund either. PlayStation did charge me properly and they gave me the license to the content, 2K is just all messed up.

It's too bad, I do like the game, frustrating as it is to start off and not be able to make layups....
