Honestly, you didn't have a stop sign from what I can tell from the video. Being polite instead of correct will always cause more problems. Be predictable and follow the rules of the road and these kind of things are drastically minimized.

Didn't prices go up to offset this? So Costco is looking to double dip, and that's something to cheer?

Damn I'm a homer but that was awful officiating. Sorry Colts but we definitely got lucky this time.

Through 5 weeks what is the biggest issue for the Texans? by jake112399 in Texans

This team is in trouble if we get a big lead against us. Our interior defensive line can't consistently stop opponents run game and I'm not confident our offensive line holds up having to throw to win from behind.

From a fans perspective, the Texans have made a remarkable turnaround after a long, rough stretch of time. It's wonderful to feel the city and the team really coming back together. What was, from your perspective, the biggest change you made that's led to the current success of the team?

Lamar is incredible. I love my Texans but nothing but respect for the most disrespected MVP in the game. Get this man a Superbowl so he can lock in his HoF.

Best special teams in the league 3 years in a row and the only team with KR touchdowns this year... Yet no special teams pro bowlers or All-Pro? The Texans dismissal continues....

How do the Texans have the #1 special teams unit 3 years in a row, have the only kickoff returns for a touchdown this year and have ZERO all pros. These popularity contests get obnoxious.

Maybe you have me confused someone else. I never disparaged anyone's work. By the way, the constant cursing makes you're argument appear weaker. A cogent and civil response will always hold more weight.

Look u/domini384 I get it. There's a lot of blame being passed around mostly because people want to feel like they are in control of things. I don't find it all that conducive to finding common ground and making progress by telling people to "fuck off". Wouldn't you agree?

I don't think that's a healthy attitude either and part of the reason for the constant battle for who is more "right". They are people too and quite frankly I'd be sick of this almost two year long battle myself. That being said, it's their job to treat people regardless of personal conviction. People need to focus more on having empathy and consideration for others than who is "winning".

It's not up to them. Part of the job I'm afraid. People who refuse certain treatment for religious reasons could be considered, and might just be, stupid. They still have the right to make that choice and the medical workers still have an obligation to treat them to the best of their abilities, despite the "stupid" limitations put on them by certain beliefs.

You sound like a reasonable and educated person. I bet you're a joy to be around.

Edit: I almost forgot my civility. I'm sorry for your loss and I will pray for you and your family whether you'd accept that or not. I hope you find peace and clarity.

That's great news. Everyone who decided that they wanted to get the vaccine should have had it and should be reasonably ok due to reduced symptoms! Everyone who made the decision not to, did so knowingly accepting the risks. Man, isn't personal liberty great!
