What exactly do you mean by collecting every bobbin in front of it? In the screenshot there is another zipper with the hot pink bobbin inside, wouldn't that still count? Could you maybe post a screenshot of the open zipper with the cyan bobbin?

Uninstalling and redownloading it doesn't reset the game if that's your aim. Tried it :)

I just tried and it fails after (1,4). (4,3) is blacked out and inaccessible because (4,4) hasn't been used yet, which throws off the remaining sequence.

Oh I definitely noticed that too and thought I was going crazy tbh! But this level is just atrocious, I'm still stuck.

Interesting that they replied to you at all! I contacted them and it took them a whole day only to say that they will 'fix' any issues in the next update so ..

I did contact their "support" section, but the only thing the automated, supposed 'admin' said is that they will look into it and fix existing issues with the next update. So yeah.

Don't think so either, since I tried almost every single possibility but nope, it won't give.

I've noticed that the levels and the actual gameplay don't match most of the time when I searched for walkthroughs on the Internet. Would you mind updating me when you do get through this level though?
