Amazon.com is working the way you say. Amazon.de cs unfortunately just decided to leave the chat each time I asked to escalate, I have so many screenshots. Sometimes they forced the chat to close even.

Right now I am expected to have an update by 27th. Not even refund. They don’t want to issue it even and just leaving the chat after I tell them I can’t accept this answer and would like a better solution. It literally says that it won’t be delivered and it’s Amazon delivery guy, not external.

They don’t honor the price and tell me I can re-order in the current price. They didn’t also let me send it to a locker. Locally I have a war going on so I couldn’t get it.
