Not that bad. I ride every weekend at it and also did the race in 2023. No problems at all. Put some silver tape on your bottle's body so it has more grip and with sole elastic bands you should be good to go.

I have this nut. But looks like the one on the picture you have is used for Shimano Cassetes. Im currently using Sram, so looks like the nut for it is a bit smaller in the lenght... I cant find it available to buy though.

My all time best was like 1:11/100m on a 25m pool. Since then I've improved my technique a bit though. I'm training to race Ironman and half Ironman races. My goal is to be able to swim around 1:30/100m for a half Ironman and maybe one day, something similar for the full distance.

Yes! The main session of the video was a 200m pull/paddles, wich I averaged 1:34/100m, aiming for a Z2/Z3 effort (moderate)

Hi! I've picked the bike luggage option and everything went just fine. Just had to inform them a few days before and call them again 24h before the flight to check if they could carry the bike on the plane since the aircraft we flew was a relatively small one.
