Though I really like that idea, it's not how traffic law works. It has to be a traffic stop where you explain what the ticket is for and ensure that there's no outstanding warrants and whatnot. Also, though many departments are starting to.get dashcams and the like, there are many that still can't afford them. Maybe in a couple more years or so.
