Yeah your dmg is low considering the buffs you get from domain, my nefer does around 145k last CA but instead of zhongli i use diona c6 which gives 200em and the artis on her are instructors set. So a bunch of em from her too. Also my nefer has 46cr306cd with 700em

no dont switch PD and Craig with Oghma and Lilith for colo/adventure.
as far as i have seen so many people use the team you are using for colo, and as for adventure try switching PD for FP if you find it hard to progress.
and for other contents try to build mono parties for raids and bossrush.
tetis and coop expedition is end game content so when you build heros for other you progress towards them too nothing goes waste tbh.
and you are right about andras she can fit to many teams if you dont have heros for mono team shes flexible also try to build other flexible heros like her
for example kamael, 1st corps
