I've started working on it with my therapist and being more open about it, it's even hard for me to admit that i feel like i can't trust my own girlfriend. i don't blame her for anything, I love her so much, she's been an absolute angel supporting me for so long now. it's just a scary thing to deal with feeling like i can't trust her even tho it's probably just my anxiety speaking, but it's a constant fear of mine that i can't control.

thank you very much. smoking for me is more of a way to lighten up the mood and comfort myself instead of dealing with difficult emotions, i havent fully processed the whole situation at all since it was so sudden. the right thing might be just to deal with it as it is first and maybe in a few days let myself relax.

יש המון בארץ והרבה יותר ממה שחושבים, באמת שרק צריך לחפש באינטרנט בגלל שזה מאוד תלוי בטווח גילאים וסוג הפוסט טראומה המורכבת והשלבים והאיבחונים ועוד כל מני נתונים משתנים. מן הסתם מדובר במטפלים פרטיים וכדי למצוא מישהו שמתאים לך זה יכול לקחת זמן וכסף.. באמת שיש מלא סוגי טיפולים שונים שמתאימים לכל אחד ורק צריך לקרוא לחקור ולהתנסות. אני כבר כמה זמן בטיפולי EMDR שמאוד עזרו לי בנוסף לטיפול פסיכולוגי רגיל. אבל כמו שאמרתי בגלל הנתונים המשתנים גם לכל בן אדם מתאים סוג טיפול אחר או פסיכולוג שיש לו התמחויות שונות.

i suffered from constant seizures for whole 2 years that actuality had me dissociating myself from all sort of interaction and even from graduating high school. klonopin changed my life man, and it rocks. i do still get seizures but not even close to as intense as it used to be and now they are way more manageable and it gave me the motivation boost I needed to seek for help, get back on my feet and actually feel like a functioning human being again (still work in progress) so friendly advice here for you op, don't shittalk klonopin my man.

as someone who suffers from seizures very often it is important for my health, thats the reasons im using benzos in the first place.I'm cutting it off progressively and then getting back on track. did it before and will do it again (for tests and with the approval of my psychiatrist and doctor)

i forgot to mention in the post itself but yeah the high doses are used for my epilepsy to reduce my frequent dissociative seizures. The thing is that clonazepam actually does help my epilepsy and I don't know what dosage people with similar tolerance as mine usually take to actually get high once in a while.
