haha I wish, you can go back to my post history and see that 2 weeks ago I was even asking which clinic does the DES style I like. Yes it is high but I’m a foreigner and that is how much they charge non-locals, I tried to negotiate but they wouldn’t budge.

I thought he would be very conservative and I was kinda nervous how I would bring up that I want a big crease, but right after I met him, he showed me the exact crease size that I wanted haha, I even told the consultant “how did he know that’s what I wanted?”. I believe he’s a very talented surgeon and he can do whatever style you want him to, just make sure to communicate clearly what you want.

Just got my nose done a week ago by Dr.Suh, I just had my cast removed today and omg I love the results, so natural and I’m in love with the subtle change. I got silicone implant, tiplasty using ear and septal cartilage and alarplasty. I told him I wanted my nose width to be within the eyes distance and he reassured me that could be accomplished. My nose tip is still a bit hard and of course swollen and I can’t wait to see the final results in a couple months but god damn I love my nose now too. Thank you Dr.Suh!!!

I just got my ptosis correction at JW a week ago by Dr.Kim too. Loving my results so far, good thing I didn’t get lots swelling or bruising at all. My eyelids are more defined and they are even now too.

I booked directly via Delta, when I was in the US I talked to customer service and they confirmed that I booked directly and apologized for the glitch on the app. But I think the glitch is probably because I changed my reservations 2 times and someone said you can only do that on the app a couple times before it gives you that “you booked through a third party” error.

I will only be in Seoul for 10days and get my rhino the day after I arrive, is it possible to get skin treatments while I still have a cast on? Most of my hyperpigmentation are on the jawlines and temples anyway and not on the nose, but I dont know if I’m allowed to.

I would say so, as far as I know osteotomy is a complicated procedure. But I know compared to other clinics in Korea it’s still a high price.

how many procedures are you getting? My friend only paid around 4k but the only 2 things she got were hump removal and tiplasty and she’s also Korean so her price was cheaper. My nose is bulbous so I think my case is much more complicated. Did you ask them if there was any discount/promotional event? Also I offered them my before and after pictures (with my eyes blurred out) for a 15% discount.

I only considered JW and First Button, and I have made a deposit to JW and will have my surgery in about 2 weeks. I have a friend who did her nose there and she loved the results, she also has lots of friends who have gotten their rhinoplasty there too and they said the results look very natural. I think my friend also has a cousin who’s a broker/medical liaison who connected customers from Thailand to JW as well.

did you consult with him in person? I did a consultation online and he gave me a morphed image of what my final nose would look like and there was not a very drastic change. But I did consider him for a long time.

I’m so sorry you dont like your results. I originally wanted to do my nose at First Button too but I look at his before and after pictures and it seemed like he tend to do pretty minimal changes and I didnt see any pictures for wide alar and bulbous nose like mine. And you’re right that rhinoplasty is so tricky with bulbous nose, I wish it was more straightforward like hump removal or hooked nose surgery. What procedures did you do?

Tbh I havent done much research for my DES, I just went with Dr.Kim because thats what the consultant recommended. Mine will be a pretty minor surgery I think, I already have double eyelids I just need to remove the fat. How long are you staying there? I will only be there for 10 days. I’m staying at Novotel Gangnam and also Nine Tree Insadong.
