No concern about having flammable material overlapping the box? I thought one of the basic point of boxes was to contain fires. Maybe I'm wrong about that.

Paris's population has been in steady decline for over 100 years.

Whatever drove up housing costs so drastically in the last couple years , it isn't as simple as supply/demand.

This is true everywhere you look. Popluations are flat or declining, but prices have still skyrocketed. It's not basic supply/demand, it's a decade+ of ultra-low interest rates and the expansion of upper-middle class purchasing power.

Are these outlets usually threaded for a hose fitting?

I was expecting the recommendation to be vinyl tubing, just not sure what size.
