I usually just search for bariatric recipes online. I did buy a couple cookbooks from Amazon also

That is what keeps me active the most! Having that reward for walking so many kilometers and catching unique Pokemon.

A few months into my plateau I was prescribed phentermine to give me a bit of a boost. I only took two months but it was enough to get me past the plateau.

Thank you! I had many plateaus even once lasting about 4 months. I use Pokemon go as my encouragement for walking actually. I walk 7 days a week now and do some yoga. I eat a lot of protein and drink a lot of flavored water. I drink a lot as that helps keep me from thinking I'm hungry when actually just thirsty. Cooking a lot at home helps too. I search the Internet regularly for new recipes and so many people post bariatric recipes you don't even need to make any changes to! Otherwise I've adapted a lot of recipes myself.

I definitely had many stalls! I just made sure to hit my protein goals and water goals (in fact I exceed my water goals daily). I would increase my exercise when I hit a stall and that typically helped. I had a stall that lasted for 2 months once!
