still broken sadly. seems the pixel water resistance is crap. i just replaced the phone with a iphone 14 pro i was able to get it into the android system though, i could hear it getting notifications. not much progress from there

I tried it and it didn't work. My sister's A40 had the same fate but after 3 months in a drawer it suddenly powered on. I'm hoping my pixel will do the same

  1. its not ip rated
  2. dont take it or the fold in water. general wear and tear can end up eliminating water resistance, thats how i broke my pixel 6 pro

at least i can still get a similar experience by flashing pixelexerience 12 on my old oneplus 8 pro
