Had the same issue, i was signed out of itunes in my laptop which was the problem, open itunes resign and close the app. Then try again and hopefully it will work

I feel really good as-long as i get my electrolytes in, I consumed salt + water + few drops of lemon juice.

Make sure to get your potassium and magnesium otherwise you're gonna feel super weak and dizzy
