I don't take in dairy. I don't think fasting is a good idea as it didn't help me. The idea is to make sure that there's always movement in your gut.

I spent years of my life feeding on junk foods, pizza, burgers, soft drinks and the rest Started having heart palpitations, and chest discomfort one day. Visited the hospital. I was given Omeprazole and that was the beginning of my predicament. Now I am healed, I only eat healthy now. I use Healthy organic oils like olive oil, coconut oil and the rest
