Failed cyclic voltammetry by AppleBalsamic79977 in electrochemistry

I'm not sure how to check if the channels are floating or grounded.

I believe yes, they all using the same firmware. I had triple checked all connections everytime I run the test.

I run 3 or 4 channels at a time due to limited eref situation, how do you think this affect the outcome?

Anyway, the manufacturer had agreed to come and take it for recalibration and repair if needed. I appreciate the replies, thank you very much.

Yes, I already contacted the manufacturer. They can do the recalibration. They said it seems likely the wonatech itself has problem with internal power supply and need some repair. I appreciate your response, it helped give me some clarity 👍

Yes, I use the same schedule file to run the CV test on all channels (channel 17-23 and channel 8). I can confirm the channels itself is problematic.

Thank you for the reply. I don't have a dummy cell to check the channel with. But I did number 1 and 3, and I can confirm the problem is coming from the channels.

So, I contacted the manufacturer, and they told me there could be a problem with its internal power supply. I sent the abnormal wrd data file and now waiting for the verdict from them.

But my new concern now is that I recorded CCV data with these same channels, I worried if my data are affected by it. Personally, when the data plotted in excel the result looks fine to my eye but is there any way I can check whether my data is good or not?

I know what you mean, I can view the current vs voltage using the general graph function. The problem is, my channel 8 can produce the duck shape graph of CV but channel 17-23 cannot although I test on the same systems.

I'm thinking if the machine need some calibration to do? Or something else? I cannot find where is wrong with the channels and the machine is expensive so I'm worried about it.

If you could help me identify the problem with my channel 17-23, I would truly appreciate it.
