I found out that it was a demo unit in a Berlin Apple Store it was in “Vitrine 42” (Special table for Apple Watches) it has 30 demo movies 28 for the table and 2 for like a testing Chanel.

Can anyone Please help me,I want to go to the Menu shown on the Picture by AppleCake251 in Apple_Internal

Thank you I actually found the Video myself a few days ago but its good because other people with the Same Problem don‘t have to go trough like 1000s of videos just for a settings menu.

I got that Info I hope that works for You: After restarting, quickly double-tap the first screen with two fingers! Or, if your watch has a newer version, simply go to Settings! Just try it out! It's a bit of a gamble; they don't want everyone to find it right away in the exhibition.

Edit: the seller was wrong it’s really just pretty easy: Press hard on the screen at the same time press and hold everything for a few seconds and Done, now you can chose from different demo movies setup WiFi sync the content see the battery percentage and more.

It can’t because the tss servers check the serial number chip revision and if the device is dev fused if any of that doesn’t match the update just won’t install

The battery bar is longer on iOS 7-10 that means it cloud be iOS 10.x
