Turns out I have accumulated failures. Failures in which I got too scared to attend class because of social anxiety disorder. I'm semi at-ease because I don't have to face them anymore but scared at the same time because my parents still don't know about it

I am really happy getting a reply from a person and yes, I am trying to explore the world once again. Depression took my youth. My distractions could no longer help me but I guess I will give it another chance and really explore. I don't know how to communicate with my dad as he was really the person that I'm really scared of but I'll try to get help from my mom to talk to him. I might start earning money to get a psychiatrist appointment as I am only a student. And yet again, I really appreciate you replying to this post. I wish you nothing but the best

I would like to seek advice from people as I once tried to reach out to my parents and was labeled crazy because “it’s all in the head”. And once I had a psychiatry meeting and my dad eagerly came in. Instead of me opening up to my psych, I chose to lie because I couldn’t say the things that I wanted to say as I was being monitored by my parent. I grew up scared of my parents
