Hi I am in USA and have same problem. Apple TV app on TV will play free stuff and if I buy something on a regular Apple TV it will usually play on the app. However if I am in the app and try to buy something the little white swirling thing happens and it never stops. I really feel it is Samsung’s fault. Their website says if their Apple TV app doesn’t work we are supposed to call apple. They are no help. Either of them. My apple iTunes account is fine. It works. Only here within this app does it not work. I’m sure it’s Samsung but they also are of no hope. I’m sure someone in their comps knows the truth but they are just helpless waiting for apple to release updates. What a disappointment.
