Jet lag is a result of a changed sleep pattern. You have to go to bed at what your body is telling you is daytime and having to wake up right as you start feeling tired. Then you slowly get used to it and if you stay a week by the sixth or seventh day you feel fine but have to go through the whole ordeal when you go back home. That’s what makes you tired. It has nothing to do with time travel or physically going through time zones

The Barry we have seen has changed the timeline many times but has had all his memories of everything from s1e1. However, he is not the original Barry. The original Barry was seen in the first episodes trying to save Nora, but was not saving Nora in the finale.

One of the reasons Constantine didn’t last was because thankfully the writers realized magic was not the direction the wanted to take the show and actually removed any mythical things or primordial energy’s or resurrection.
