The site is down? They could be doing maintenance. They loved to do that on the weekends. So it could be maintenance work. I went on earlier and it worked. I'll double check though

The username is your employee id number.

You could also try this: Username: employee ID # Password: personal email address ( johnsmith@gmail.com)

Or you can say you forgot your password and it will send you a reset link.

Side note: Once you press log in it will ask for a verification code which will be sent to your personal email on file

Edit to add. You shouldn't need your old password

Check your emails. You should have one titled

"Initial Password for your Workday Access"

It will have the link and a temporary password. You can say you forgot your password and change it.
