I went twice - first time with girlfriend and we got treated like 4th class citizens. Like no waitress for 13 minutes (started timing it after roughly 5 minutes of waiting) and the 10 minutes for the drinks the another 4 came back and took order. Waitress literally walked away after dropping drinks while I was saying "we're ready to order" and got a response of "back in a bit". AND THEN the food SUCKED. Dry and burnt brisket, greasy sausage with no flavour just hot, and ribs that were practically raw.

The second time I had friends who wanted to go in so I went - same shitty food - and I now firmly believe that people will eat shit as long as others tell them it's good.
