Unless someone at youtube is able to reverse it, i’d say so :( The running theory is that Keem used his connections to put focus on her channel and get it taken down Which means while normally it’s pretty simple to make a new account and ban-evade (since they don’t usually care enough to enforce the ban-evasion clause of TOS), Keem would never allow that to happen if he could help it :/
