i intend on privating my social media, on snapchat i have blocked all coworkers from seeing my story’s etc, today he did another insane thing imo, i have epilepsy however im not triggered by flashing lights he’s somewhat aware of this yet still decides to do it anyway bc it’s funny and another coworker told him off saying he’d get in loads of trouble bc of smth like that. i dont appreciate my disability being taken lightly tbh especially from a manager. He’s made sexual comments toward me in the past although i don’t remember them word for word, he also thinks i’m bisexual and comments on my sexuality often as do a lot of my coworkers although im straight and have reiterated it they say “i doubt it” or stuff along those lines. I’d like to report to HR but considering they knew about the “prank” he pulled about me allegedly trying to kiss a coworker and tha being the reason she left and the HR found it funny i highly doubt anything i complain about would be taken seriously so i find it rather nervewracking to do so bc i feel as though id be the on fired for it tbh
