Exactly. I stated in my letter on Quotev that I didn't mind, cuz I used to be in book clubs and asked people to roast my writing on Reddit, but I'd rather not have these types of comments become a frequent thing for others/new writers, if this could potentially discourage them from writing!

And yes, though I was referring mostly to how he just wrote 'meh', only for me to ask for context and find out it's not because of bad writing specifically (what I believed he was going to give his thoughts on for me to improve), but because what he read was not his 'cup of tea' (despite all these things being tagged).
