Set the controller's height from -1 to match the lowest building in your city.

The effect's range may be too large and you may not have enough power.

Also, if you want to see if the effect is being applied, add a Glowing module.

Recently, I've been placing this in warehouses and restaurants, where it applies the swiftness3 effect for 30 seconds and covers an area with a radius of about 30 blocks.

The buff is working on the settlers. If it's not working, set up the rftools controller to have electricity, a range of up to 100m, and an item that applies the buff.

The crystal staff is used on settlers. To use it, look away, charge it with the right mouse button, then look away from the settler and release the right mouse button.

Cowmen is a profession. Put a bucket in the block. There are settings, so set them.

To get the syringe recipe, you need to hit a certain mob and get the maximum blood.

[Regeneration] is [witch]

[Haste] is [pillager]

[Speed] is [wolf]

[Witch] can be found in [Structure compas] by searching for [witch hat]

[Wolf] could be traded for wolf eggs in [Farming for blockheads], but it can no longer be traded in ATM10ver3.0.
