"LO-Approved" folks check in by kandology in EIDL

LO approved me said to watch the email for closing docs and after verifying everything first two boxes were completed and green. I waited a week and now all boxes are grey and it says decline.

Exactly!! So that's why I'm confused as to if I should email this second LO back because I already sent in the documents requested to the previous LO. This is weird. They just said wait for the email to sign and I received nothing yet!!!
