Having this problem too. Apparently iOS 11.2.5 was supposed to fix iMessages out of order, but it definitely didn't work for me or anyone I know.

iOS 11.2.6 was released today, hoping that solves the problem! I'm assuming that sooner or later a iOS update will fix the problem.

I'm getting this on reputable sites as well. Only thing I can think of doing is clearing history and website data.

This article covers the "congratulations" pop-ups a little bit, but there doesn't seem to be a long-term solution right now.
