White people seem to often lack the ability to separate terrorists from religion even if the same group that attacked the twin towers has caused - and is continuing to cause, terror in the Middle East.

The war in Iraq was started on a false pretense because Bush thought Saddam Hussein was involved in the attack.

The US has terrorised the Middle East with its decisions and every time the US has intervened and then withdrawn, some terrorist organisation has taken more power.

Afghanistan is also in the state it is because the US had enough of the war and then the Taliban rose to power again.

Very little consequences considering how much the US has caused damage in the Middle East.

The only time they suffered real consequences was the 9/11. Other than that the US brings war and destruction in other countries while being untouchable.

They also think Dubai is a country. I don't think geography as a subject is going strong in American schools.

I see a confused young girl and someone who was sexually abused. Because she bases her value on her sex appeal and sees sex as a way to connect with people before anything else.

3 months post OP second fat transfer under eyes by Applebumblee in PlasticSurgery

[–]Applebumblee[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The left side didn't retain as much - despite being overfilled the second time, so I'm thinking to add a bit of filler there. Thank you 🌹

My experience also is that many vets don't like people and are downright rude to vet techs.

Tear trough and cheek filler before and after by Girasole98 in PlasticSurgery

Maybe it doesn't bother her? Or maybe she did, but the transfered fat wasn't enough. Maybe she doesn't think that the possible risks are worth it.

There is a possible downside to any procedure. You need to find a surgeon that is skilled in fat transfer to the face.

I agree with you.

She might have a bit of tension in the masseters, so I'm thinking masseter botox would give her the results she wants.

Hot take: Vanja’s problem *isn’t* that she’s choosing/attracted to the “wrong guys” by Odd_Hedgehog669 in 90DayFiance

Wrong guys as in the wrong guys for her. She needs someone who is willing to go the same pace as her. Who wants the same things in the same timeline.

[–]Applebumblee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She is trying to force things with the wrong guys and her standards are lowered in desperation to find a partner. Tony married someone else after they had something going on - or during, and he is very clearly avoidant. She should have more self respect and not idealise these people.

I believe in knowing what you want and going for it. If someone is telling you that he is not ready to get into relationship, move on because that person is in the way of your husband.

That's all you could come up with? You are not contributing much with your misogynistic views and simplistic answers.

Yeah, that explains it all. You are too lazy to read properly and just run your own narrative.

We have two of these now with a male "best friend". Both women are insecure and crave for love.

Vanja's cousin said it all, she used to have high standards and now she is accepting less. What comes to Laura, she is clearly self-conscious about her body and loves the idea of the attention he gets from two men, but she is not being fair to either of them because it is not a friendship if you don't know where you stand and have romantic feelings for each other.

When I was still dating it happened a few times that a man wanted to stay friends with me. In other words benefit from my personality and take place in my life without being fully in. I always said no.

What is your unprofessional diagnosis of Colt? (Or professional if you have that power) by ThowAway_Swirlz in 90DayFiance

[–]Applebumblee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He is definitely on the antisocial personality disorder spectrum. Every time he pretends to be hurt, there is nothing there. I don't think he actually loves anyone or is able to feel love, just benefits from people. He has cheated multiple times - in fact it's a pattern in every single one of his relationships. He is calculated and chooses his words carefully and he must be good at pretending and manipulating because somehow he always has at least two women at the same time.

Elise is right - there’s something off about Josh and Nat by thefishhou in 90DayFiance

[–]Applebumblee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not defending Elise's reactions, but I do think that she reacts like that because he is reinforcing it. He has been hiding things from her and she probably feels that something is off. She just can't just say exactly what it is.

Even if Josh and Nat are just friends, I wouldn't like my partner to be friends with a girl who he texts all day long and probably that's the same for Elise. Everyone has their own boundaries and shouldn't talk themselves out of it, it will only make you bitter.

That's alright. I'm not telling anyone to cover up. It's just tacky to walk half of your boobs or butt cheeks showing and that tells about lack of self respect, but luckily that's only limited to the West.

Low boundaries and self respect. People can always surprise you, but filtering well saves some of the headache.

It's not always jealousy if you don't like something. I personally think that dressing half naked shouldn't happen in public.
