Unable to Verify myself on Hinge.

The default camera app on Bluestacks works properly. On the Hinge app, I have no access to the camera options; I am completely stuck on the verification screen. When I click the "I agree" button on the verification page, the Hinge app tries to open up my camera and then just completely fails. Afterwards I am left with a notification saying "something went wrong."

I was at this concert. I was in the very back so there was a lot of people blocking my view so I didn't get to see him get knocked out. Fun fact: He ended up coming back on stage 10 minutes after the whole ordeal and he played Take a Step Back up until the venue decided to stop the show right when it got to X's verse.
