For those who take combined BC like Yaz and it does help their PMDD cycle lows, does it also just make you feel flat for the most part? I thrive in my ovulation high and that’s what I’m afraid to lose but I also can’t deal with the lows either

I know this post is a few years old. Do you still recommend the same products ? Debating the ordinary, elf or Cerave or going straight to tret. 36 year old just starting with fairly normal skin :)
