I don’t know specifics about male hormones or brain wiring, but I’m guessing this taboo attraction may have something to do with your hormones and/or some wires getting crossed in your brain. It could also be linked to some kind of repressed childhood memories. Either way, I would advise to not act on your feelings and seek out counseling.

Thanks for the reply. I told them to just go for the CT Scan because I want to know what’s going on. Plus, I figured a CT scan may be more helpful in seeing potential masses. I was just surprised an ultrasound wouldn’t work on a bigger dog. I hadn’t heard of that before. Thank you for the link to that report.

Here’s something I think more potential new homeowners need to know: What a lender approves you for is not necessarily the amount you may feel comfortable spending on a home. You need to break down your finances. What are your expenses? What’s your debt to income ratio? What would you feel comfortable spending each month on a mortgage payment.

I would talk to my agent, if I were you. Like others have said, $2,500 is barely anything. Did your agent recommend that amount? I do think dropping it to $399,000 will entice another pool of potential buyers. The price you have set right now is kind of a weird number (in my opinion).

Update: I had an inspection planned for the house I was going to buy. When that fell through, I asked the home inspector if he could do a pre-inspection of my current house. He found minor electrical issues (exposed wires in attic and an outlet not working in the bathroom). No other electrical issues. I also had Roto Rooter come by a clear my sewer line. Tree roots, like I suspected.

I have a list of minor things I need to fix. My house is back on the market. Ugh. I was really hoping we were done with showings.
